Food was cold and sundae was melted completely.

The workers there are always lovely and fantastic, but I'm, yet again, slightly disappointed in their burgers. All the ingredients are there to make something fantastic, but there is so little of them that I might as well order from macdonalds, which isn't something I like to do. If I'm paying for a burger that's over £5, I'd expect it to actually have cheese in it, not a small dollop of cheese sauce. Or actually have more than two sad tomatoes. There seems to be so little in these burgers that it's not much of an experience to eating it, which is unfortunate because if they just put a bit more in, £5 worth, then it would be wonderful! I'm grateful for all that they do, it's not easy working fast food, and I understand that not everything can be great, but it would be nice if it could be good. Thank you anyways, continue doing the great work you do, but please perhaps put a bit more into your burgers.

Hot dog good, burger good. But chips clearly hot when packed were soggy from condensation. Strawberries missing from donuts.

The food was great, we loved the burgers and the crepe and milkshake was amazing. Delivery was slow though, we waited almost 1.5 hr before the food came.

Brilliant. Really enjoyed our ice cream pancakes and cake

The food was amazing as always, the biscoff and cookie, cookie dough was tremendous! Delivery time wasn't specified upon ordering, so had to call for an update.
